Accessibility Statement
At Incode technologies, our mission is to provide identity verification and biometric authentication services every day. That mission extends beyond our products—it shapes how we design our digital experience. We’re committed to ensuring our website, mobile and web applications are accessible, inclusive, and welcoming.
Our Commitment
We are actively working to improve the accessibility and usability of our digital assets in alignment with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We also recognize the importance of aligning our efforts with applicable accessibility laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which underscores the right of individuals with disabilities to equal access to digital content and services as well as with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Accessibility is not a one-time project—it is an ongoing journey, and we are continuously evaluating and enhancing our platforms to meet evolving standards and user needs.
Behind-the-Scenes Improvements
We are actively implementing measures and allocating resources to enhance the accessibility of our products. Accessible design principles are embedded in our UX and engineering workflows, and we leverage third-party tools and assistive technologies to validate usability across a wide range of user needs. Our quality assurance (QA) testing process incorporates the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Trusted Tester methodologies to ensure Section 508 compliance and compatibility with assistive technologies.
We also partner with experienced accessibility consultants, Accessi LLC, to conduct thorough audits and provide actionable recommendations that inform our roadmap. To ensure accessibility is considered at every stage of product development, all employees are trained on the importance of WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards.
While we are committed to continual improvement and annual accessibility audits, some features may not yet be fully accessible to all users at this time. We are actively enhancing functionality, guided by the principles of perceivability, operability, understandability, and robustness, to expand access for all users.
A Continued Commitment
We recognize that accessibility is dynamic and technologies evolve. To maintain and improve accessibility, we are committed to regular testing, updates, and enhancements. This includes applying user feedback and monitoring industry developments to guide our strategy.
