About Billy Pressley

Billy Pressley joins Incode as General Manager, North America, bringing over 15 years of experience designing and executing go-to-market strategies across some of the most ambitious companies in tech.

He began his career as an Associate at Goldman Sachs before joining McKinsey's Growth Practice where he was an Engagement Manager leading commercial transformations across industries.

From there, Billy stepped into senior operating roles, serving as VP of Transformation at Magic Leap, and most recently as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and VP of Strategy & Corporate Development at Agility Robotics.

Billy holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MSc from the University of Virginia.
