Incode is a dynamic digital identity company with the vision to power a world of trust. Since I joined in December, 2021, we’ve been rapidly expanding. Today, we have people in 15 markets around the world, including the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Serbia, Russia, the UK, Spain, Dubai, Uruguay and Singapore.
As a leading tech start-up, we’re always looking for extraordinary talent to join us in solving next-generation identity verification challenges. As the Global People Director at Incode, I wanted to share some of the reasons why I became an Incoder and give you some insight into our culture.
- Our people and culture
The top reason I joined Incode was its people; Almost three years ago, I randomly met some Incoders at a restaurant. What caught my attention was how diverse the team was, how bright and funny they were, but above all, the passionate way they talked about the company and their jobs. At Incode, we place a strong emphasis on culture and diversity. As an identity company, it is particularly important we are representative of the customers and end-users we serve. By focusing on diversity and inclusion from within the company, we can better serve our user base, ensuring our products and services are inclusive of everyone.
Our purpose as a Leadership team at Incode, is to build an environment where our people can be extremely successful, can be themselves, and can use their strengths to make the most amazing creations. To that end, we strive to attract the best talent regardless of age, gender, background, race, experiences, or beliefs. That approach has propelled us to where we are today.

- Solving modern issues that matter
Another reason I joined Incode was the type of problems we are solving; It fascinated me knowing that our technology is being used from helping to enable financial inclusion, to helping protect people’s physical safety, to being used for healthcare institutions. Identity is everywhere and applies to everyone. We’re solving real-life challenges that affect all organizations and individuals and that brings us a bigger purpose to work every day.
At Incode, we want to help people get their identity verified as fast as possible, with as little friction as possible. We want them to be able to access the services they need without having to worry about privacy issues.
This relevance to everyday challenges we all face is what attracted me to Incode. To join Incode is to be able to have a real impact on society and the way people live.
- Ownership and investment opportunities
Let’s not beat around the bush – financial incentives are important when choosing a career opportunity. This was one of my reasons for joining Incode, too.
