The Opportunity
Incode is looking for curious, highly driven, and hard-working candidates who want to be part of Incode’s revolutionary identity solutions that will transform human authentication and verification.
We are seeking talented and experienced Sales Development Representatives to join the Sales team as part of the North America region. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) serves as the first point of contact for inbound leads and marketing-generated interest. SDRs play a vital role in ensuring that every potential customer receives a high-quality, timely, and informative experience, ultimately qualifying leads and connecting them to the right sales resources.

Objective
To efficiently manage and qualify all inbound leads (demo requests, event leads, marketing campaigns, etc.), ensuring that high-intent prospects are identified and routed quickly to Account Executives for follow-up and conversion
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound demo requests and interest form submissions
- Evaluate and qualify leads using company-defined criteria (BANT, fit, intent, urgency)
- Conduct initial discovery calls to assess business needs and ensure alignment
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate AE and coordinate handoffs
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and updates in the CRM
- Follow up with event leads, webinar attendees, and nurtured contacts
- Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership on improving the inbound funnel and conversion rates
- Ensure quick response times and a positive experience for all inbound prospects
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years in an SDR, sales support, or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, LeadIQ, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI)
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound leads and qualification processes
- Familiarity with marketing campaigns, lead scoring, or B2B SaaS environments is a plus.
